This can be automated by using Composer which is a dependency management tool for PHP similarly there are other tools like Gradle and Maven for Java based applications and so on. When you’re using Third Party Framework / Application to build your application that third party application may be using libraries that are part of PHP ecosystem. To automatically fetch these used libraries to your computer / setup Composer is used.

Prerequisites to Installing Composer

• You should have PHP Installed on your Windows Computer.
• The Latest PHP Version is 8.2 and 8.3

Step 1

Go to this link – https://getcomposer.org/download/

Click to download “Composer-Setup.exe”

After Downloaded click on file to Install just click next and complete installation.

To Test

Go to windows search and type “cmd” click and open

Then in command type “composer” and press Enter

You should see composer information and confirm that composer is added to your computer
